The Rough Rider is a scaled-down version of the legendary Single Action Army revolver. Chambered for .22LR and .22 Magnum cartridges, the Rough Rider is ideal for hunting, plinking or western action shooting. This set includes a small bore Rough Rider with a 6.5" barrel and blue finish with beautiful hardwood grips of African Cocobolo nestled in a cedar presentation box with a Civil War theme and includes a Heritage black nylon holster. The Rough Rider's machined barrel is micro-threaded and inserted into the frame for the optimal barrel/cylinder gap to give maximum ammunition performance. A hammer block mounted in the recoil shield provides extra protection and has a red dot indicator that shows when the gun is ready for action. The cylinder lock-up is tight and the action has perfect timing. A flat-sided hammer paired with exotic cocobolo grips makes the Rough Rider both functional and handsome.
